Fresh Peaches - 4 (sliced)
Sugar - 2 cups
Water - 1/2 cup
Apple cider vinegar - 1/4 cup
Cinnamon Stick - 1
Cloves - 1 tsp
Bourbon- 3 oz

Method
Method
Slice peaches into preferred sizes - leave the skin on or off if you don't want extra fiber
Begin by lightly toasting your cinnamon and cloves in a pan on medium heat for about 3-5 minutes
In a wide saucepan, pur in sugar, water, and apple cider vinegar.
Heat on medium and stir until sugar is dissolved.
In a jar or bowl, add in peaches, cinnamon, and cloves.
Pour in sugar and apple cider vinegar mixture.
Cover and let rest in fridge for 2 hours or until cooled.
Optional:
Add bourbon after Step 6.
