  • Fresh Peaches - 4 (sliced)

  • Sugar - 2 cups

  • Water - 1/2 cup

  • Apple cider vinegar - 1/4 cup

  • Cinnamon Stick - 1

  • Cloves - 1 tsp

  • Bourbon- 3 oz

  • Fresh Peaches - 4 (sliced)

  • Cloves - 1 tsp

  • Bourbon- 3 oz

Method

Method

  1. Slice peaches into preferred sizes - leave the skin on or off if you don't want extra fiber

  2. Begin by lightly toasting your cinnamon and cloves in a pan on medium heat for about 3-5 minutes

  3. In a wide saucepan, pur in sugar, water, and apple cider vinegar.

  4. Heat on medium and stir until sugar is dissolved.

  5. In a jar or bowl, add in peaches, cinnamon, and cloves.

  6. Pour in sugar and apple cider vinegar mixture.

  7. Cover and let rest in fridge for 2 hours or until cooled.


    Optional:

  8. Add bourbon after Step 6.
